Owned and managed by Charlie Kay, House Works (Yorkshire) Ltd is a local, friendly construction firm specialising in property renovation, new build, alteration and extension.
We provide a comprehensive building service, from initial discussions and proposals, through building regulations, to the end fit, allowing you peace of mind and ensuring your project delivers everything you want, with minimal disruption.
Our past projects include both new construction and repairs/restorations. Working with local planners and architects we have the ability to plan, manage and over-see multi phased projects.

We offer an end-to-end client experience that includes seamless communication, budgeting, staffing, on-site organisation, and project management.
All work is covered by Professional Indemnity Insurance and conforms to British Standards. A quality service covering all business trades with a professional team and specialist sub-contractors, tailored to suit individual client’s needs.
